Coach Ted, a native of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, is a retired Army officer with over 40 years of martial arts experience. Upon his retirement, he and his wife, Lea, moved back to Oak Ridge. Coach Ted is proud dad of five children, William, Alyssa, Jon, Isaac & Gabe.

Coach Dave is a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the Pedro Sauer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu association. He is an active competitor and teaches in the adult program.
Off the mat, Dave is a husband, dad, and a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Coach Cody

Coach Cody is a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the Pedro Sauer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu association and an orange belt in Judo under the United States Judo association. He is an active competitor and teaches in the youth and adult programs.
Off the mat, Cody is a husband, dad, and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Coach Mariah is a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the Pedro Sauer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu association. She is an instructor for our Women's Only Program.
