Weekly Lesson Plan
Youth: Combinations and gripping
Adult: Tournament skills and drilling
Saturday April 12th is the UT Judo tournament (and State championships) If any youth or adult member wants to participate, it is a good first tournament for both youth and adults (since it is in our backyard).
Two things to know:
a. You must pre-register for this event: https://volweb.utk.edu/~utmaclub/tournament/
b. You must have a current USJA membership (we are Club SC007 – Samurai Judo association) – you also need this to be promoted in Judo.
See coach Ted if you have questions or need help
