Youth: “Putting the games together”. Kumi Kata – Movement – Dynamic Throwing, and pinning
Adult: Individual Tachi Waza Development.
Minor Summer schedule change. Starting Monday, June 9th we are making some minor adjustments to the schedule. Adjustments include:
- Monday Jiu-Jitsu for both youth and adults will be No Gi (same times).
- We are also adding adult morning Jiu-Jitsu on Tuesdays and Thursdays (same time).
Coach Ted will be teaching as part of the Southeast Martial Arts Federation Summer Seminar on Saturday, June 14th.
This seminar is hosted by Hatcher’s Martial arts, and covers grappling, throwing, striking, and joint locking concepts from a variety of different instructors.
Open to any adult.
It will run from 12-3:00

Wednesday, as part of our second week of guard attacks, we will be doing a deep dive into triangle chokes.
