Jiu-Jitsu Focus:

Judo Focus: Combinations and Set-ups

Notes:
- We have a guest instructor for adult Jiu-Jitsu on Thursday. My good friend Kirk will be presenting some neat Nort/South choke concepts.
- The Women’s only class will start at 5:00 this week (versus 4:45).
- Next week on Thursday (Halloween) we will not have youth classes. We will have an adult open rolling session starting at 6:30 – wear your favorite costume and see how it holds up to Jiu-Jitsu (like we did for the Christmas ugly sweater roll).
- In November we are going to have a raffle where you could win one of the following four prizes: Pedro Sauer signature gi, Kwon next level gi, one of two Mad Science gear bags. The full details will be announced next week.
- Saturday is the Fall classic kickboxing and grappling tournament. As a result of several of us fighting, we will not have Judo or Combatives on Saturday. You can still enter the event (it is pre-registration only). Flyers are at the gym.
