Mad Science Lesson Plan 31 July to 5 Aug 2023

Team, 

Here is the Mad Science notes and lesson plan for 31 July to 5 Aug 2023. 

Jiu-Jitsu Focus: 

a.	Adults: Blue Belt Week: Let’s see our blue belts teach their favorite techniques this week. 

b.	Youth: Linking techniques together / Maintaining mount and mount attacks

Judo Focus:

a.	Adult: Nage-No-Kata Set 5 + Set up for Goshi Waza

b.	Youth: Skill development and drilling

Kickboxing Focus: Bag Work / Partner drilling / Sparring concepts (all). 

Notes: 

1)	Friday Coach Ted is heading up to visit Bracie Bayview (our affiliate in Ohio), so there will not be a morning class. All other classes are on track.

I highly recommend trying mad science judo and Jiu-Jitsu. I am from out of town, but visit the area a couple times of year and have been looking for a go to gym to train at while in town. I showed up for a Friday open mat, and the training was great. Ted (the Black Belt Instructor) treated me like a valued member of his school, and by the end of the night I felt like I was a true member of the school. great people, great atmosphere, and great instruction. I highly recommend to anyone in the oak ridge/ Knoxville area to give this school a shot. I will definitely be back when I come back to town
