Here are the Mad Science notes and lesson plan for 20 - 24 March 2023.
Jiu-Jitsu Focus:
a. Adults: Gi: North-South Escapes / NoGI: Shoulder to hip connection to establish dominant positions
b. Youth: Guard Attacks, and movement development
Judo Focus:
a. Adult: Exploration into Seio Nage continued
b. Youth: Skill development and drilling
Kickboxing Focus: Bag Work / Partner drilling / Sparring concepts (all).
Notes:
1) Congratulation to Dave S. and Paden O. on their promotions Sunday, they both did an exceptional job! Some of the pictures and the first video can be found in the member's folder (under gym photos and videos), more pictures and videos will be added throughout the week.
2) We will announce the date for the Adult Gi practice tournament later this week.
