 Here are the Mad Science notes and lesson Plan for 22-26 September – 1 October 2022.

Jiu-Jitsu Focus: Side Control Attacks (all)

Judo Focus:

1.   Youth: Skill development and Refinement
2. Adult: Dealing with the Russian Tie and the high Collar Grip.

    

   Kickboxing Focus:

3. Youth: Moving Combinations and partner drilling / Sparring concepts
4. Adult: Combinations and drilling instructional.

Note:

          Mad Science Practice Tournament (October 15th)

Don’t forget we have our no-gi (youth and adult) practice tournament on Saturday, October 15^th.  Please pre-register if you plan to attend so we can start pooling and bracketing early. This will help ensure we start (and finish) on time.

 Mad Science Custom Gis

The first order of custom Gi has been submitted, I will update all as it progresses.  I will continue to take orders for those that are interested, I will place the second order once the first has been received. I will probably do a larger order the next time assuming no issues with this one.

If you would like one, they will be $80 including the shipping and will take about a month to get here. Fill out the attached form (or email/text me the info).
